AGKK Martial Art Self Defence differs from many other martial arts clubs in that we focus primarily on teaching effective, efficient and practical Self Defence techniques that can be used in a modern real-world environment.

We specialise in private one on one training that is specifically tailored to your individual capabilities and requirements. Group sessions are also available. We work with you to build both your fitness/conditioning and your technique in order to help you build your confidence and ability to protect yourself and your loved ones.

The safest Self Defence technique for men is to avoid violent confrontation altogether. However, sometimes you may be forced to physically defend your own well-being or the safety of loved ones. Dangerous or life-threatening situations could occur without warning. If you must fight back against an assailant, it helps if you are already familiar with some effective Self Defence techniques.
